🕕 Morning Routine: Awakening the Warrior Spirit
4:30 AM – Wake-Up Call
Every great day begins early. Our NDA students rise at 4:30 AM, shaking off sleep to embrace a day of excellence. This habit builds discipline and replicates the exact time discipline followed at NDA, Khadakwasla.

5:00 AM – Physical Training (PT) Session
Under the guidance of experienced trainers and ex-servicemen, students engage in a 1-hour intensive physical training session. Activities include:

5 km run

Push-ups, crunches, pull-ups

Cardio drills

Group exercises and stretching

This session sharpens endurance, stamina, and agility—key traits for qualifying NDA's rigorous physical standards.

🍳 6:00 AM – Nutritious Breakfast
After PT, students are provided with a balanced, protein-rich breakfast. Shield Defence Academy ensures a meal plan curated by nutritionists to support physical and mental growth. Typical breakfasts include:

Boiled eggs, fruits

Sprouts and brown bread
